6th-8th Line Dancing: Boots on the Ground- Heartland Charter School

Registration window August 25, 10:00 a.m. -August 31, 7:00 p.m.

Are your middle schoolers interested in getting to know other students their age while learning something that requires a bit of practice and gets their bodies moving? If so, this is a perfect event for them! They will learn the line dance, Boots on the Ground.  They will also learn ways to interact with their peers through practical speaking and listening games. I hope you can join us!

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please email the field trip host to let them know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

What are the check-in procedures? Check in with Paula a few minutes before the event begins.

Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? Students must be in 6th-8th grade to participate. Siblings outside this age range may attend and observe.

Is there on-site parking available? Free parking on the street.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Yes.

You must have a student enrolled in Heartland Charter School in order to attend this event. We verify enrollment for all attendees.
