Tulare/Kings Back to School Park Day- Heartland Charter School

Registration window August 1, 10:00 a.m. -August 7, 7:00 p.m.

Come kick off the 2025-2026 school year with Heartland Charter School at our Back-to-School Park Day! Join us for a morning of fun, connection, and celebration with fellow Heartland families and HSTs.

Activities include:

-Book Swap Table - Bring a book, take a book! A fun way to share stories and discover something new.

-Interactive Craft and DIY Activity Booths

-Special Guest: Reptile Ron is back for two live shows.

-Sweet Treats: Rosa Brothers and SnoMobile Shave Ice will be on site with goodies sure to keep you cool. Both are available for purchase.

-Curious about learning tools? Stop by the Heartland Lending Library table to explore a variety of top-picks discounted materials, all available for purchase with student funds.

*Returns will not be collected at this event.

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please indicate this when you register your student and let the field trip host know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

What are the check-in procedures? Check-in at 10:00 am- Families will check in at the welcome table and have their names checked off on the Ticketbud attendee list.

Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? All ages are welcome.

Is there on-site parking available? There are two parking lots and additional parking along Plaza Drive.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Yes.
