Tulare/Kings Back to School Park Day- Heartland Charter School

Registration window August 1, 10:00 a.m. -August 7, 7:00 p.m.

Come celebrate the beginning of the 25-26 school year with fellow students, parents, and your Heartland HSTs! There will be crafts, & activities. Heartland vendors will be available to talk to and get more information about their classes. Visit the Lending Library table to discover a variety of discounted materials that will be available for purchase with student funds.

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please indicate this when you register your student and let the field trip host know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

What are the check-in procedures? Check-in at 10:00 am- Families will check in at the welcome table and have their names checked off on the Ticketbud attendee list.

Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? All ages are welcome.

Is there on-site parking available? There are two parking lots and additional parking along Plaza Drive.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Yes.
