Tehachapi Back To School Curriculum & Vendor Fair-Heartland Charter School

It’s Back! Tehachapi Heartland's Back to School Fair: Heartland Walk of Fame.

This year, the event will have both Curriculum and Service Vendors in attendance for families. The Heartland Lending Library will be joining the event. Heartland Families can return old curriculum. (Please complete This Survey for returns.) and also have the option to purchase a discounted curriculum. All steps leading up to the return must be completed before attending the event. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

There will be raffle prizes, activities, yard games, snacks, drinks, coffee, and food trucks present. We hope to see all of our Heartland families there!

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please email the field trip host to let them know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

What are the check-in procedures? Please head to the Welcome Booth upon arrival for check in. This booth is located at the end of the quad near the classrooms. The table will have a designated Heartland tablecloth.

Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? All ages are welcome.

Is there on-site parking available? The venue has a wrap around parking lot and there is overflow parking across the street and down the street. Parking is free.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? No outside food or drinks, but there will be food trucks available to purchase snacks along with water and popcorn offered at the event with no charge.
