You will feel the burn in this fun + fiery, full-body, conditioning class that combines the fluid grace of Yoga Asana with strengthening Pilates exercises. This challenging + creative offering is high intensity, high energy & high reps! This intermediate-advanced level, 60-minute class is sequenced in a progressive style to help build awareness, confidence & momentum as you awaken your inner badass.
Yogalates is a core-focused, heat building, musically driven, fusion class that offers strengthening, stability, flexibility, mobility, cardio, coordination & sculpting, using bodyweight exercises, mobility drills & dynamic movement. You’ll move, sweat, flow, pulse & stretch your way to a stronger, more toned, better balanced body with improved alignment & range of motion, as well as less stiffness & tension. This is an intense class that enthusiastically guides you to full beast mode!
