Please join us for Heartland’s annual fall formal on November 7th! It is sure to be a fun night of dancing, music, and friends! Dinner is included. Don’t forget to wear your formal luau attire if you want! Spots are limited, so don’t delay!
-ALL students attending the dance must purchase a ticket, even if the student is not a Heartland student.
-ALL students must also sign a drop-off waiver. Guests must sign waivers, too.
-This is a drop-off event, and students are expected to stay on the premises unless a parent signs them out early.
-Parents are not allowed inside the venue.
-All students must present their student ID, CA driver's license, or permit in order to be allowed entry into high school dances. Students may purchase a school ID through KDKC Photography. The price to purchase an ID card is $10. Here is the link to where students can find more info on purchasing ID cards.
Ticket cost:
- Students (grades 9-12) $60.00 Purchased between October 1-10
- Students (grades 9-12) $65.00 Purchased between October 11-17
*The price for tickets paid with a credit card will be slightly higher due to the Ticketbud processing fee.
**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

Refunds will not be given for any reason. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher who planned the event and let them know so they do not have to wait at the venue for you.* Families who are no-shows may lose access to future field trips.*
May I pay using my student's planning amount? No, dances must be paid for out of pocket.
What are the check-in procedures? Students will meet teachers at the door to check in. All waivers will need to be turned in before students can enter the event. Student IDs are required, so please bring your driver’s license, student ID, or other ID card. Here is the link to where students can find more info on purchasing ID cards.
Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? High school students only. Students may bring one non-Heartland student guest, but they must be in high school and submit a signed waiver. If you purchase a ticket for a student who is not yet in 9th grade you will not receive a refund.
Is there on-site parking available? Parking is free. This is a drop-off event unless students are driving themselves. Parking is across the street from the venue, behind the AMC Theatre. There will be an attendant helping attendees know where to park. There will be handicap and drop-off only parking in front of the venue.
Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? No outside food or drinks are allowed. Dinner is included in the price of the ticket.
