Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please let the field trip host know. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

Refunds will not be given for any reason. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher who planned the event and let them know so they do not have to wait at the venue for you.* Families who are no-shows may lose access to future field trips.*

May I pay using my student's planning amount? Yes! You can pay for your student's ticket and one chaperone ticket with your student's planning amount. Reminder, only one chaperone ticket per family may be purchased using planning amounts. There are two steps to purchase tickets for field trips with your student's planning amount.

Step 1. Reserve your ticket on Ticketbud. Please select the "Student ticket paid with planning amounts through Procurify" and or "Chaperone ticket paid with planning amounts through Procurify" ticket options on Ticketbud. Complete the checkout process on Ticketbud. You will receive an email confirmation from Ticketbud once your order is complete. (If you do not receive an email please check your Spam folder.) This is the first step in reserving your tickets. Immediately after you receive confirmation from Ticketbud, you will move to step 2.

Step 2. Place an order for your tickets in Procurify. Search the name of this field trip in the Procurify catalog and complete your order just like you would for any other order. Your spot on this field trip will not be confirmed until you have placed your order in Procurify. Failure to place an order in Procurify within three days will result in being removed from the attendee list and having your funds manually deducted.

What are the check-in procedures? Plan sufficient time for parking. Please plan to arrive by or before 1:00 pm. Meet at the courtyard called Arrive Hollywood from 1:15 pm- 1:30 pm. It is 1⁄2 block away from the theatre on the other side of Argyle, under CVS and in the same complex as the Shake Shack, for ticket distribution.

Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? Students must be at least 10 years old to attend. If you purchase a ticket for a student who is younger than 10 years old you will not receive a refund. Two chaperone tickets per family are allowed. (Only one can be paid for with student planning amount.)

Is there on-site parking available? Plan sufficient time for parking. Please plan to arrive by or before 1:00 pm .Parking Information*The theatre recommends Arrive Hollywood. It is the lot under CVS that is recommended as closest, most convenient, and largest. The theatre said you do not usually need to pay in advance. You may need to wait for a lot of people upon departure. You can select a smaller lot from the link above if you do not want to wait.

AREA PARKING:There are over a dozen independently managed parking lots located within two blocks of the Hollywood Pantages Theatre. Prices generally range from $10-$20 (subject to change). STAY SAFE: We strongly recommend that all visitors be extra cautious and aware of their surroundings when entering or leaving our building.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? No. Refreshments can be purchased in the theatre. All refreshments must be consumed, except water, before going into the performance. You are allowed to bring an individual sealed bottle of water. Personal water bottles must be empty and can be filled in the theater.
