Back to School Event and Vendor Fair- Heartland Charter School

Registration window August 8, 10:00 a.m. -August 20, 7:00 p.m.

Come join us as we return for the 2025-26 Heartland School Year - come greet old friends and meet some new ones. We will have some of our wonderful Heartland vendors participating, ready to share their amazing businesses as well as awesome raffle prizes. Come find and say hi to your HST and participate in some fun activities. Additionally, our Lending Library will be visiting our event for RETURNS, and easy check out of many items, curriculum and literature. We hope to see you there!

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please indicate this when you register your student and let the field trip host know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

What are the check-in procedures? Check in at the welcome table when you arrive.

Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? All ages are welcome.

Is there on-site parking available? Park near area 1. Parking is free!
