The Summer Solstice (6/21/2026) is the day of the year with the longest period of daylight & the shortest night in the Northern Hemisphere, when the sun is at its highest position in the sky.
The Summer Solstice marks a moment of fullness & brightness. With the Sun at the height of its power, we have the opportunity to gather together to remember our own.
The Summer Season is a time to honor our hard work, strength, stamina & the fortitude that feeds our creative fire. It is a time to harness our passion for growth, expansion & transformation that keeps us evolving into new seasons of life.
This special workshop is an opportunity to stand in your own light, shed what no longer fits & breathe new life into your goals. You can expect nourishing movement, intention-setting & a collective celebration of the light within + around us, while honoring our innate ability to heal within community.
Join me on Friday, 6/26/26, 5:30pm-7pm at Studio Theatre for a stimulating, supportive & soulful, 90 minute, movement practice in sacred circle.
