Neon Nights! Back to School High School Dance-Heartland Charter School

Registration window August 12, 10:00 a.m. -September 10, 7:00 p.m.

Get ready to Glow! Join us for a night of electrifying fun under the neon lights! Dress to impress in your brightest neon and glow gear. This is one party you won’t want to miss!

This is a drop-off event. Heartland HSTs will be chaperoning. Parents must complete this waiver. Your student may only be dropped off if this waiver is completed.

This event is for Heartland high school students (and their guests). Heartland students may bring a guest from a different school. Students' ages may go up to age 20. All guests must complete our Guest Waiver and email it to rachael.perez@heartlandcharterschool.com Link to guest waiver.

Ticket cost:

• Students (grades 9-12) $12.00

*The price for tickets paid with a credit card will be slightly higher due to the Ticketbud processing fee.

Refunds will not be given for any reason. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher who planned the event and let them know so they do not have to wait at the venue for you.* Families who are no-shows may lose access to future field trips.*

May I pay using my student's planning amount? No, dances must be paid for out of pocket.

What are the check-in procedures? Students will enter the main Worship Building and greet an HST at the entrance to check in. Students must have a signed waiver and show a student ID to enter.

Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? High school students only. Students may bring one non-Heartland student guest, but they must be in high school and submit a signed waiver. If you purchase a ticket for a student who is not yet in 9th grade you will not receive a refund.

Is there on-site parking available? Parking is free.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? No. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
