Event Description
This course provides guided instructions for the cultivation of mindfulness, a life-changing paradigm for daily living. Gentle stretching and movement, group dialogue and home practice provide a comprehensive experience. Facilitated by Dr. Ameli, who is author of the acclaimed "25 Lessons in Mindfulness", which Tara Brach described as "The best book out there on the fundamentals of mindfulness". Dr. Ameli, a senior psychologist at NIH, is a highly experienced leader and volunteers her services to teach this course without compensation as her gift to her fellow beings.
