Event Description
APP- Green Room IPA
Smoked Trout and Pecan Crostini- Fresh trout smoked in house, blended with cream cheese and spices garnished with capers
SALAD- Belgian Golden w/Christmas spice
Roasted Harvest Salad – Onions, beets, parsnip and butternut squash roasted and tossed with mixed greens
ENTRÉE- Gypsy Dubble Coffee Porter
Coffee- Crusted Beef Wellington with madeira sauce, fingerling potatoes and Carrots w/house smoked pork belly
DESSERT- Christmas Firkin
Poached figs and the pears w/ a drizzle of raspberry purée and melted almond bar. Topped with a small amount of grated Mexican hot chocolate for garnish
