In-n-Out Tour- Heartland Charter School

Registration window April 9, 10:00 a.m. -April 18, 7:00 p.m.

Students will have a special behind-the-scenes opportunity to experience the history and culture surrounding In-N-Out Burger. This is a fun, educational experience for students and chaperones alike. During the tour, students will actively learn about the history of In-N-Out Burger, the importance of fresh ingredients, and the restaurant’s high service standards. They will witness firsthand everything that goes into cooking up fresh burgers and fries to order.

This program is available for 1st - 8th grade students who are currently enrolled in Heartland.

Only 6 chaperones total are allowed on the tour. Other chaperones will need to wait outside for the tour to be completed.

*Tour participants will need to wear closed-toe shoes. All participants will receive a complimentary meal after the tour.

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please email the field trip host to let them know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

What are the check-in procedures? Families will check in with HST in the outside seating area at 8:45am. HST will be wearing Heartland attire and have her teacher badge on.

Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? Students need to be in 1st -8th grade in order to attend. Younger and older siblings may not attend. Only one chaperone per family is allowed due to limited space.

Each person who attends a field trip or event must be registered through Ticketbud.

Is there on-site parking available? Yes, free parking is available.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? No.
