Event Description

Presentation:

"Learn By Doing: Creating a Lean Culture with Sustained Improvements"

Dear Leaders,

Have you ever wondered why the improvements for which you worked so hard never sustained? Or why you develop a beautiful performance board, but no one wants to use it?  Or why change is so hard, and people don’t get your vision?  These are challenges that all Lean Six Sigma practitioners deal with across different industries. I believe I have the solution, learning from several cycles of implementing Performance Management Culture systems.

I have learned from trial and error the fragile and yet powerful operating system that will not only improve key performance metrics but also engage your team in developing the mindset for daily improvements. From this learning, I appreciate the important relationship between the Front Line Staff and their Manager in this system. I would like to take this opportunity to share with you what I learned, why I value it, and why I believe it’s the solution to creating a lean culture with sustained improvements.

I look forward to sharing my story and hope it can help you with your endeavor!

To your daily improvements,

Sonny Nguyen
