Get ready to be moved and inspired in December when we come together to celebrate each other!

Instead of our usual featured speaker we will be focussed on each of you!
Get ready to move your body with Nia dance, reflect on 2016 the wins and challenges and celebrate the lot!!
We also ask that each of you bring along an offering/gift that will go into the centre so we each leave with something special. eg. this could be one of your products, a gift voucher for your services or something completely different!
Leith James is a Brisbane musician, composer, teacher and sound therapist who uses gongs, didgeridoo, singing bowls, chimes and other percussion instruments to create soundscapes that relax the mind, body and soul through sound and music. Having been practicing sound sessions for 10 years running wellness programs with Gong Sound Meditation, Leith offers group and private sound healing sessions in Queensland along with playing at Yoga Classes, Expos and Festivals. Gong Sound Meditation is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience beneficial for health and wellbeing.
