Field Trip: Alum Rock Park

Directions: From Hwy 101 or I-680 take McKee Rd northeast toward hills then left on Toyon Ave, right on Penitencia Creek Rd, and continue into park. Pass under bridge and meet at far end of upper parking lot. 

Difficulty: Moderately strenuous 3-4 mile-walk.
