Valley Plaza Educational Adventure-Heartland Charter School

Registration window March 18, 10:00 a.m. -March 24, 7:00 p.m.

Come join us for a unique educational adventure at the Valley Plaza! Each group will be given a list of tasks to complete or items to find related to Math, Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, and PE at different locations around the mall. Each team that completes all of the tasks in one hour will earn a small prize!

Participants will have one hour to complete the assigned tasks. If you arrive late, it will cut into your time, making it less likely for you to earn a prize!

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please email the field trip host to let them know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

What are the check-in procedures? Meet by Charley's Philly Steaks in the food court PROMPTLY at 10:00 am. I have dark curly hair and will be wearing Heartland gear and have a large plastic yellow treasure chest with me.

Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? All ages welcome. Younger students will need help from a parent. Each person who attends a field trip or event must be registered through Ticketbud.

Is there on-site parking available? Yes, free parking is available.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Yes.
