Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please let the field trip host know. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

Please read our refund policy!

Refunds will not be given for any reason. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher, who planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you.* Families who are no-shows may lose access to future field trips.*

May I pay using my student's planning amount? Yes! You can pay for your student's ticket and one chaperone ticket with your student's planning amount. Reminder, only one chaperone ticket per family may be purchased using planning amounts. There are two steps to purchase tickets for field trips with your student's planning amount.

Step 1. Reserve your ticket on Ticketbud. Please select the "Student ticket paid with planning amounts through Procurify" and or "Chaperone ticket paid with planning amounts through Procurify" ticket options on Ticketbud. Complete the checkout process on Ticketbud. You will receive an email confirmation from Ticketbud once your order is complete. (If you do not receive an email please check your Spam folder.) This is the first step in reserving your tickets. Immediately after you receive confirmation from Ticketbud, you will move to step 2.

Step 2. Place an order for your tickets in Procurify. Search the name of this field trip in the Procurify catalog and complete your order just like you would for any other order. Your spot on this field trip will not be confirmed until you have placed your order in Procurify. Failure to place an order in Procurify within three days will result in being removed from the attendee list and having your funds manually deducted.

What are the check-in procedures? Please meet Mrs. Chambless in front of The Pantages Theater between 1:00-1:30 pm to check-in before entering the facility. The show starts at 2:00 promptly and no late entries will be allowed.

Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? Due to theater policies for large groups, this field trip is for students grades 4th-12th for the 2024-2025 school year. Any unenrolled siblings attending must have a date of birth on or before 4/1/2025. No exceptions will be made per the theater. The venue is very firm that no students under age 10 may attend. This is a theater policy and will be enforced. Refunds will not be provided for families who place an order for a student not within the minimum age or grade range. Each person who attends a field trip or event must be registered through Ticketbud.

Is there on-site parking available? Traffic in and around Hollywood can be congested at times, so you’ll want to allow yourself plenty of time to get here, find parking, use the restroom and purchase concessions before the event begins. Ushers will direct you to your seat and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the theater’s amenities. Directions to the theater from all directions can be found here: https://www.broadwayinhollywood.com /venues/detail/pantagestheatre Over a dozen independently managed parking lots are located within two blocks of the Hollywood Pantages Theatre. Prices generally range from $20-$30 (subject to change). Many parking lots now close at 12 AM, and we suggest checking the closing times of all lots when parking. You may pre-book parking at this website: https://www.broadwayinhollywood.com /visit/hollywoodpantagestheatre/panta gestheatreparking

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? The Pantages Theater does NOT allow outside food or drink in the theater. This includes restaurant take-out or leftovers. We have previously been allowed to bring in smaller, 16.9 ounce sealed water bottles only.
