Christmas Cheer at Fountain Square-Heartland Charter School

Registration window November 4, 10:00 a.m. - November 11, 7:00 p.m.

Calling all musicians, poets, artists, and all compassionate individuals! Join us to spread some holiday spirit to the residents at Fountain Square Residential. Heartland students will be performing musical songs, reading poetry, and passing out greeting cards to the residents of Fountain Square.

When you register, please make a note about what your students would like to do. There is a piano at the facility, but if you would like to play any other instrument, you will need to bring it with you.

If you would like to hand out greeting cards to the residents, you can create some of your own artwork and bring them with you to handout.

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please email the field trip host to let them know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

What are the check-in procedures? Please meet me in the parking lot in front of the memory care facility. It is the building toward the back of the parking lot. We will practice a few simple songs and get organized outside before we head inside to perform.

Who may attend? All ages are welcome. Each person who attends a field trip or event must be registered through Ticketbud.

Is there on-site parking available? Parking is free but somewhat limited. If there is no parking available, you can park on North Ave. and walk through the parking lot to the building in the back.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Families can bring small candy or cookies to pass out to the residents with the cards, but the students will not be eating or drinking at the facility.
