The Improvement Planning Workshop is your opportunity as a stakeholder to speak directly to EMD leadership and assist in charting the path forward based upon POETE (Planning, Organizational, Equipment, Training and Exercise) needs, goals and objectives within Region 3. Building and improving capability across the region, is the end game, and your input is vital.
