TK-3rd Grade Track & Field-Heartland Charter School

Registration window August 19, 10:00 a.m. -August 26, 7:00 p.m.

Bring your TK-3rd-grade students out to join us as we learn how to run, jump, and throw. We will also be learning about sportsmanship and making friends. All participants will need to wear close-toed shoes and something comfortable to participate in. Parents may want to bring a folding chair to sit in and some snacks and water for their kiddos. They will be learning the rules of how to play, and the attributes of a good sport, and will have the chance to apply these in real competitions!

*Parents may be asked to help in small ways during the field trip. Thank you in advance!

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please email the field trip host to let them know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

What are the check-in procedures? Meet in the park where my table is set up.

Does this trip have any height, weight, and age restrictions? Students must be in Tk-3rd grade to participate. Each person who attends a field trip or event must be registered through Ticketbud. Non-participating siblings and chaperones need to reserve a ticket.

Is there on-site parking available? Park on the street around the park.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Yes! Bring as much food or drink that your students will need during the field trip. We will take a snack break around 11 AM.
