This is the preliminary meeting for the Tabletop Exercise (TTX). The goals and objectives among the stakeholders will be determined at this time. The exercise is solely discussion-based and this format is designed to test your written plan. So please review that plan and see what steps or processes you would like to test. We'll conduct one or two more planning meetings prior to the Tabletop - and you will learn a great deal in those discussions - so there will be opportunities to add or change what you would like to see on behalf of your agency or organization.
Please arrive a few minutes early in order to get signed-in and situated before we begin.
