For this luncheon, CREW Network President Elect and CREW Atlanta member, Christine Gorham will be discussing the 2018 CREW Network White Paper, "Achieving Pay Parity in Commercial Real Estate". Learn about some of the alarming industry statistics surrounding pay parity, how unconscious bias is playing a role, how pay parity can benefit your business, and how you can arm yourself with knowledge and data for future salary negotiations.

Christine currently serves as the international Chairman of CREW Network Foundation serving CREW Network’s 11,000 members in the U.S., Canada and United Kingdom. She is a Director on the Board for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors as well as the Chair for their Diversity Committee’s Mentorship Program. Christine also serves as a Co-Chair of Education for CREW Atlanta’s 400+ members. In 2015 & 2016 she was a Director on the international CREW Network Board and was President of CREW Atlanta in 2014.

She has been honored with the Shining Light Award by CREW Atlanta, an annual selection which is presented to Georgians who have inspired the lives of others through their service. She has been named to Atlanta’s Top 40 Most Powerful Women in Commercial Real Estate by BISNOW and Who’s Who in the Top 100 Influential Leaders in Commercial Real Estate by Atlanta Business Chronicle.
