Event Description

Join the Ben Franklin Community Garden for an afternoon of food and fun at its first Clambake in the Garden event on Saturday, September 23!
 
From 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., enjoy delicious food, music, games, beer and wine, and bask in the beauty of the largest community garden in Cuyahoga County. 

Three meal options are available:
Chicken ($35 + fees), Steak ($40 + fees) or 
Vegetarian ($25 + fees). The first two come with yummy clam chowder, one dozen clams, broth, corn on the cob, sweet potato, and a roll & butter. (An extra dozen clams can be purchased for an additional $10.) The vegetarian meal comes with vegetable soup, veggie burger, stuffed mushroom caps, corn on the cob, sweet potato, and a roll & butter.

TICKET PURCHASE DEADLINE: MONDAY, SEPT. 18!

Cash bar: 
Old Brooklyn's newest winery, Vino Veritas Cellarswill be selling its wine. Beer and soda will also be available for purchase. 
 
Parking: 
Please park in the Benjamin Franklin Elementary School lot at 1905 Spring Rd and enter through the garden's main gate at the rear of the building (see map below).
