Beloved Us Festers! 

We are thrilled to be returning to the beautiful Pica Flores in McKenzie Bridge, Oregon for the 10th Annual Us Fest Community Celebration - May 23rd - 26th. 

Wow… can you believe we’ve been Us Festing for 10 years? What a “dreams-to-reality” experience we’ve created together. From the laughs and shenanigans to the healing and deep connections, from strengthening new and old friendships to watching the kids grow up in a space of freedom and belonging, what an epic ride we’ve been on.

It’s been beautiful to witness the evolution of this special event, from the ditch to mosquito beach to our home for the past eight years in the old-growth rainforest. It’s been amazing to see how this gathering has rippled out into our lives, our homes, and our communities. None of this would be possible without you. You little fuck’n winners, you. Us Fest continues to grow as a multigenerational gathering, inviting all of us to tap into that child-like sense of wonder. The intention is to show up as our true, authentic selves and experience a feeling of oneness. 

This year, we’re creating even more space to participate and connect. During the day, we’ll move, breathe, create, and share. At night, we’ll dance and shake our bones to some truly epic music. We’ll laugh, cry, hug, high-fives, and have those meaningful conversations around the fire. We’ll honor the land and the elements, and we’ll fill our loving cups so we can return to the world as beacons of light in a culture that so often forgets how to connect.

Picaflores has limited space, and we’re expecting a full turnout this year, so grab your tickets while they’re hot! Because of high demand, we’re giving priority to those who have attended in the past. If you’re receiving this message and haven’t been before, you’re good to purchase now. Once returning Us Fest fam have secured their spots, we’ll open up any remaining tickets for you to invite your closest friends.

• Payment Plans for Adult Tickets: First Payment of $120 is due now and the second payment of $120 must be made by May 9th

*We’re all about spreading the Us Fest magic to more of our community, but we also need to be mindful of space, festival resources, and making sure past participants have a chance to secure their tickets first. Before inviting your homies (or your kiddos' friends), please hold off until we confirm availability. If more tickets open up, we’ll be sure to let you know! Us Fest is not a publicly promoted event!

CAMPING

Get your crew together and bring your tents, RV’s, camp trailers, and hammocks, and set up your cozy abode for the weekend. Camping is included in your ticket! 

GLAMPING 

We’re excited to offer a glamping option this year. Our premium ShiftPods are insulated shelters designed for ultimate camping comfort. Each one features a zip-in floor and provides a spacious, weather-resistant retreat that stays cool during the day, warm at night, and protected from the rainforest elements.

THE WEAVE

From the morning dew to the golden hour, The Weave is when we come together to move, breathe, create, and expand. Guided by the heart of our community’s facilitators, this daytime journey invites all ages to tap in. Offerings include yoga, qi gong, meditation, men’s and women’s circles, breathwork, workshops, dancing, kids' art and activities, and so much more.

Each day is intentionally crafted to weave the threads that create the greater tapestry of the Us Fest experience. We’ll also gather on Saturday evening for a family-style potluck and again on Sunday for brunch.

THE PULSE

As the sun dips low and the stars begin to shine, The Pulse of Us Fest comes alive. Live bands, deep beats, wild costumes, campfire sing-alongs, and dancefloor magic create a space to let it all hang out. We’re stoked about this year’s music lineup, featuring some of our favorite local bands and DJs guaranteed to get you moving like never before. Each night invites you to show up in creative-themed attire and become part of the living, breathing rhythm of the night.

VOLUNTEERS

Us Fest wouldn’t be possible without the support of our amazing community. This year, there will be several opportunities to volunteer, including kids' activities, setup, takedown, parking, potluck support, daily rovers, and more.

Volunteers will receive a discount on their ticket based on the number of hours worked. Our goal is to support those in the community for whom purchasing a full ticket might be a stretch. If you can afford a full ticket, amazing…. we welcome your help. But if you're able to pay and simply looking for a free ride, please be mindful that these spots are intended to uplift those who truly need the support.

CRAFTERS & VENDING

We are excited for the return of “Shakedown Street” to highlight the creatives, the crafters, and the artists. Come bring your creations and love’n to this year's “Shakedown Street”. PM TC if you’re interested.

PROPERTY CLEAN-UP WEEKEND

Each spring a group of Us gather to help support Steve and be stewards of the sacred land of Pica Flores. Please join Us for this intimate, fun weekend, May 2nd - 5th.
