Described by some as the best party of the year, this event is an opportunity to connect with Parole Prep’s vibrant community, celebrate the accomplishments of our staff and volunteers, and welcome home more than 30 people who were released from prison this year.
It’s also a chance for us to raise money for the life-changing work we do. What began as a modest initiative inspired by the wisdom of incarcerated elders has blossomed into a powerful, nationwide movement. Alongside our parole preparation initiative, we’ve expanded our work to include litigation, reentry support, mutual aid, policy advocacy, and a new creative arts program.
Tickets are sliding scale, starting at $50. We encourage you to give generously and think of your tickets as a contribution towards the larger movement to end long-term incarceration in New York State. If you're unable to attend the event, please consider donating tickets to formerly incarcerated people and their families.
