2026 Parole Prep Welcome Home Party

Described by some as the best party of the year, this event is an opportunity to connect with Parole Prep’s vibrant community, celebrate the accomplishments of our staff and volunteers, and welcome home more than 45 people who were released from prison in the last 18 months.
It’s also a chance for us to raise money for the life-changing work we do. What began as a modest initiative inspired by the wisdom of incarcerated elders has blossomed into a powerful, nationwide movement. Alongside our parole preparation initiative, we’ve expanded our work to include litigation, reentry support, mutual aid, policy advocacy, and a creative writing program.
Tickets are sliding scale, starting at $100. If you're unable to attend the event, please consider donating tickets to formerly incarcerated people and their families.
Tickets are free for all formerly incarcerated and directly impacted people, and reduced tickets are available for current and past volunteers.
