The following Purchase Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on Ticketbud.com.   If you (“Customer” or “Buyer”) have any questions about the information below, please contact Ticketbud directly at 844-376-6061. These Purchase Terms and Conditions are subject to, and incorporated by this reference, the Terms of Service. By clicking "I Accept" on the Order Form, you agree to become bound by the terms of this agreement (the “Agreement"). Ticketbud may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time.

Who You Are Buying From

Ticketbud acts as the direct ticketing service provider to those who are promoting, planning, or otherwise providing the events for which you purchase tickets, such as venues, teams, artists' representatives and fan clubs, promoters and leagues ("Event Organizers” or “Organizers”). Please contact the Event Organizer directly for any questions including event inquiries, refund requests, purchase confirmations, and so forth. Terms of Sale

Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a specific event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth by the Event Organizer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL; NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Tickets sold through this website grant a revocable license to the ticket bearer that may be revoked at any time for any reason without compensation. Resale or attempted resale of any ticket issued hereunder at a price higher than the face value appearing thereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Buyer assumes all risk or danger incidental to the attraction, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual attraction. The terms of sale of each ticket issued pursuant to a transaction initiated on this website are subject to any and all terms imposed by the applicable Promoter. In order to be admitted to an event, each Customer must present the original ticket in its original, undamaged, unaltered form, to the applicable venue at the appropriate time. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the Organizer.

Pricing and Availability

Tickets purchased through Ticketbud are subject to a non-refundable per ticket convenience charge.

Tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may become available prior to the event. However, Ticketbud does not control this inventory or its availability. In some cases, Ticketbud or other distribution channels may receive additional, subsequent allocations of tickets for distribution, which may arguably be of similar or higher desirability than those sold on Ticketbud, or may be offered for sale at lower prices than prices charged on Ticketbud.com.

Currency

All ticket payments are transacted in local currencies. Payments are either transacted through Ticketbud's payment processing gateway (the “Gateway”) or via a third party payment service such as PayPal, Stripe, and Authorize.net. When using a third-party payment processor, Organizers and Buyers effect the applicable monetary payment transaction through the payment service, and are bound by the applicable terms of use governing the payment processor service.

Payment Verification

Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. While this process is typically immediate, Ticketbud will occasionally receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that will cause an order to be canceled. In these cases, please verify your billing address with your bank and/or credit card issuing company before making another purchase attempt. Charge will appear on your credit card/bank statement as ‘BT - Ticketbud.’

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive an order confirmation number after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Ticketbud Customer Service or the event organizer whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Ticketbud will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Canceled and Postponed Events

Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue. Should this occur, Ticketbud and/or the Event Organizer will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact the Event Organizer. Refunds and/or exchanges are based on the Organizer’s instructions. Ticketbud is not obligated to issue a refund except to the extent that the promoter, team or venue responsible for bringing you the event (1) instructs us to issue a refund, and (2) provides us with the ticket funds necessary to issue refunds. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the Organizer’s instructions or deadlines, which, along with the decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange, may be at the Organizer’s discretion. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund. Ticketbud will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event. If an event is canceled, please contact the Event Organizer directly for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the Event Organizer may set refund limitations; contact Organizer for exact instructions.

Refunds and Exchanges

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat choices. Policies set forth by Event Organizers generally prohibit Ticketbud from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. It is the responsibility of the Organizer to communicate its refund policy to Buyers and to issue refunds directly via the site or otherwise; any refund requests must be made directly to the Organizer.You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact Ticketbud to seek a refund or exchange from Ticketbud when Ticketbud is prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a chargeback from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and Ticketbud may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.

Delivery Options

Unless designated by the event organizer, Digital Tickets will be issued for your event purchase. After registering for an event, Ticketbud will automatically send you an order confirmation email with the tickets attached to the email. Find the PDF file attached to the order confirmation email and download it to view and print your ticket(s). Tickets can also be located within your Ticketbud account.

NO WARRANTIES/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ALL IDEABUD SERVICES d/b/a Ticketbud, INCLUDING THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE BY THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IDEABUD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.IN NO EVENT SHALL IDEABUD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA OR ITS USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE IDEABUD WEBSITE OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE.IN THE EVENT IDEABUD IS LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE IDEABUD WEBSITE OR OTHERWISE, SUCH LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO DIRECT DAMAGES NOT TO EXCEED THE FEES ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY IDEABUD FOR THE AFFECTED TRANSACTIONS.
