Big Dig – Big Deal: How Dig Greenville will affect Commercial Real Estate Development in the Upstate

Our area is growing at an unprecedented rate and to ensure smart growth along with the appropriate infrastructure to sustain it, ReWa is looking ahead. Dig Greenville is ReWa's largest wastewater conveyance project that comprises of an 11-foot diameter tunnel with 7-foot wastewater pipe that will be over 100 feet below ground, spanning from Westfield Street to Cleveland Park in Downtown Greenville. During this presentation, ReWa will discuss how this project has a direct impact on economic development, specifically commercial growth, and how this 7-foot wastewater pipe will provide needed capacity to the surrounding area for the next 100 years.

Jason Gillespie is a Senior Project Manager with ReWa. He has over 20 years of experience in the water and wastewater field. He lives in Greenville with his wife Sharon and two sons, Carter and William.

Stacey Flax is the senior strategic communications coordinator for ReWa. She has over 12 years of experience in the wastewater communications and public relations field and is passionate about protecting and preserving quality of life here in our community. Stacey spends her spare time with her husband, Jarad, and two children Lyla Moon and Banner.

Luncheons are at a new location this year, the Commerce Club, and we will be enjoying buffet options instead of a sit-down lunch. Please plan to arrive close to 11:30AM to have plenty of time to network and grab your lunch. The program will be starting promptly at 12:00PM. Additionally, parking validation tickets will be available to cover your parking for the luncheon.
