BIPOC Red Tent

The BIPOC Red Tent is an intentional, safe community space for BIPOC women to practice self-care, gather, and learn, in an effort to overcome health disparities within our communities. The Red Tent provides a sacred environment for healing and growth, offering access to culturally relevant conversation, resources, and wellness practices to foster advocacy, wellbeing, and sisterhood. Please come with an open mind and heart to receive what you need from this space. Please also bring a blanket or yoga mat for one of the activities.
