Friends of Carly - White Workout

NexGen Fitness's WHITE WORKOUT to support Friends of Carly. 

We are draining the Fountain at Fountain Plaza to bring the first ever White Workout to downtown Buffalo in support of Friends of Carly. Come workout with NexGen Fitness and Boxstar Training outside in white clothes on June 25th. Workout alongside NFL superstar Gronk, who is one of the owners of NexGen Fitness. Plus Buffalo Hydration will be there to get you everything you may need to recover.  

Your Ticket Gets You

• A WHITE NexGen Fitness T-Shirt for the event (picked up at the event)
• A free pass for a Personal Training workout at NexGen Fitness
• A free pass for a salt room session at NexGen Fitness

The workout will begin at 10am, check in at NexGen Fitness. The Trainers at NexGen Fitness and Boxstar training will put you through an intense, fun workout while you support a great cause. Go at your own pace and enjoy the workout, while being outside in the heart of Downtown Buffalo.

The white workout is in conjunction with the White Party that is the night of June 25th. Both events support Friends of Carly. All the money collected for the workout will go to Friends of Carly.
