Wicked: Broadway in Hollywood at the Pantages Theater
Saturday, January 25, 2025
02:00 PM - 05:00 PM
Pantages Theater
6233 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028, USA
Registration is full and the waitlist has been closed.
Join us to see a live theater production of one of the world's most popular modern musicals. WICKED, the Broadway sensation, looks at what happened in the Land of Oz…but from a different angle. Long before Dorothy arrives, there is another young woman, born with emerald-green skin—smart, fiery, misunderstood, and possessing an extraordinary talent. When she meets a bubbly blonde who is exceptionally popular, their initial rivalry turns into the unlikeliest of friendships…until the world decides to call one “good,” and the other one “wicked.”
Students will be able to see a full-length, live theater performance in a working theater environment. Watching a live show will help students to develop literacy in theatre, including discovering the expressive elements of theatre, knowing the terminology that is used to comprehend theatre, having a clear sense of what theatre embodies, and being able to reflect, critique, and connect personal experience to the theatre.
Ticket cost:
- Students (4th grade+) $89.56
- Chaperones $89.56 (only two allowed; only one can be paid with funds)
- Siblings (Date of birth on or before 1/1/2015) $89.56+ (*paid for out of pocket)
*The price for tickets paid with a credit card will be slightly higher due to the Ticketbud processing fee.
