Winter Snow Ball- Heartland Charter School

Registration window December 2, 10:00 a.m. - January 31, 7:00 p.m.

Join us for our annual Heartland Snow Ball: an unforgettable night of dancing, laughter, and magical memories. There will be plenty of music, delicious food, and a winter wonderland atmosphere to enjoy throughout the night. Not into dancing? No problem! We’ll have fun games and activities for you to enjoy with friends. Whether you’re hitting the dance floor or just hanging out, there's something for everyone.

Ticket cost: Each person needs their own ticket. This includes guests.

• Ticket (cost per person) purchased December 2-January 17 $40.00
• Ticket (cost per person) price increases to $50.00 on January 18.

This is a drop-off event. Heartland HSTs will be chaperoning. Parents must complete this waiver. Your student may only be dropped off if this waiver is completed.

This event is for Heartland high school students (and their guests). Heartland students may bring a guest from a different school. Students' ages may go up to age 20. All guests must complete our Guest Waiver and email it to rachel.gray@heartlandcharterschool.com Link to guest waiver.

Refunds will not be given for any reason. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend the dance, please contact the teacher, who planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you.

May I pay using my student's planning amount? No, tickets for this event must be paid for out of pocket.

Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions?  This event is for Heartland High School students and their guests only. If you purchase a ticket for a student not in at least 9th, the student will not be able to attend, and you will not receive a refund. Each guest must also purchase a ticket.

What are the check-in procedures? Check in will be at the entrance to the gym and will open at 6:30pm. There will be a check-in table where students will check in and show ID. All students will be required to show ID at the door. Student will not be allowed to reenter if they leave at any point.

Is there on-site parking available? Parking is free.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Food and drinks will be provided.
