We invite you to the farm for a day of plant-based cooking & eating. Our menus are always seasonally inspired, and this course emphasizes ingredients, flavor building techniques, and basic knife skills. Learn how to build your vegetarian pantry in the Winter seasons to give depth and diversity to your dishes.

During each Culinary Workshop, we invite a small group to the Caromont Kitchen to partake in an interactive afternoon of cooking, learning, and sharing our final product around the table. These workshops are casual and intimate, focusing on seasonal ingredients, flavor building techniques, basic knife skills, culinary culture, and good company.
