The Low-Income Forum on Energy (LIFE) Statewide Conference is the nation’s longest running dialogue on the energy needs of low‐income energy customers. It offers you the ideal opportunity to showcase your services and products to our unique audience. We anticipate over 300 individuals representing state and local government, human service providers, utilities, and weatherization and energy performance contractors. Make the most of this opportunity to build your network of business prospects by registering as a LIFE exhibitor. As an exhibitor, you’ll have the opportunity to make personal contacts and develop relationships. 

Our exhibitor area will be open throughout the conference to share your services and products with our audience. We have also reserved special times during the event to allow conference attendees to focus on you, our exhibitors.

Space is limited and filling fast. Register to be an exhibitor before April 20, 2020. 

Important Note: All exhibitor registrations will be reviewed and approved by the LIFE Project Manager prior to being accepted. Exhibits that do not meet the goals and interests of the LIFE program may be rejected.

Supported by the New York State Department of Public Service and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, LIFE‘s stakeholder network represents nonprofit organizations, state and local policy makers, direct service providers, utility companies, contractors, and others who serve low‐income energy customers.

Refund Requests: All requests for refunds must be made prior to April 30, 2020 and sent to the Conference Registrar at melyssa.smith@nyserda.ny.gov. No refunds will be given after May 1, 2020.

A complimentary shuttle service for guests will be provided, including to the AMTRAK train station and the Albany Capital Center for the conference. (Located 0.6 miles from the Albany Capital Center which is approximately 11 minute walk).
