This event is the third in our new series of culinary workshops, where we invite a small group to the Caromont Kitchen to partake in an interactive evening of cooking, learning, and sharing our final product around the table. These workshops will be casual and intimate, focusing more on ingredients, culinary culture, and company, than recipes and technique.
This workshop will be inspired by Caromont owner, Gail Hobbs-Page's family traditions. Every year, the Hobbs family would have a special meal to celebrate the arrival of the garden bounty on their North Carolina farm. Gail will continue this tradition, and will cook a seasonal meal, following family recipes, comprised of ingredients from the garden.
10 person limit (so we can all fit around the farm table!)
