Join us for this comprehensive three-day, in-person, tuition-free training. Instructor Amy Wilson, the Founder and Principal Consultant of SEE Renewal, LLC, will be leading the workshop. The training session is designed to benefit Tribal Professionals and will focus on building effective strategic planning skills to enhance organizational success and community development initiatives. During the three-day, workshop Amy will review foundational concepts related to strategic planning, provide a thorough explanation of planning elements, and lead participants in applying strategic planning concepts and elements through a practical application of strategic planning and plan-making processes. Practical application is a primary aim of the three-day workshop, and it will include break-out exercises where participants in each group will work together to lead and carry out the strategic planning process by applying research, analysis, strategy, decision-making, stakeholder management, and plan-writing concepts and skills. Amy will support break-out group exercises by observing, assisting, and providing constructive feedback throughout the mini-strategic planning process to help participants improve strategic planning and plan-writing skills.
