A MAGICAL, MINDFUL, MEANINGFUL PRACTICE, OFFERED AS A WORKSHOP FOR ALL LEVELS, ON THE CUSP OF A NEW YEAR

Join Emma at this threshold time of year to mindfully enter the sacred and liminal space between endings and new beginnings. With soft and easeful pranayama, mudra, mantra and meditation, connect to the holiness of the divine light within. Enter true, deep, conscious rest through delicious Restorative Postures & allow the Nidra of ‘just being’ to support, guide & nourish you.

TRUE DEEP CONSCIOUS REST

To truly rest is a radical act of self-love in an age where we are bombarded with stimulation. In a Restorative Yoga Session, we place the body in specific, restful poses which are supported by props so that no effort, strain or discomfort is required to stay in these poses.  Combined with guided breathing exercises to calm the nervous system, somatic experiencing (a form of mindfulness; exploring the felt sense through pleasant imagery & visualisation), Relaxation techniques & Yoga Nidra & skilfully chosen background music (or peace and quiet), participants experience profound, potent & deep relaxation.
