Heart 2 Heart Sand Castle Building Beach Day-Heartland Charter School

Registration window December 2, 10:00 a.m. -December 9, 7:00 p.m.

Heart 2 Heart fosters friendships between students with and without disabilities through shared adventures on field trips, creating an inclusive environment where all students can connect and grow together. These Heart2Heart experiences build understanding and lasting bonds that extend beyond the classroom, leaving a positive impact on everyone involved. Join us for a beach day! Build sand castles, play in the water, search for treasures, and dig holes, all while making new friends.

Please bring your best sandcastle building tools to share. Also, feel free to pack a picnic lunch to enjoy while we build.

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please email the field trip host to let them know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

What are the check-in procedures? Please check in with Ms. Jenny at 11am to the left of the pier. Ms. Jenny will be wearing a green Heartland hat and Heartland lanyard name tag.

Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? All ages are welcome. Each person who attends a field trip or event must be registered through Ticketbud

Is there on-site parking available? Parking is free.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Yes, feel free to bring snacks or a picnic lunch.
