This is an interactive program that focuses on identifying individual leadership styles, recognizing what makes an effective leader, and applying this knowledge to strengthen leadership and management skills. Attendees can earn 20 related contact hours toward water and sewer operator licenses. Limited enrollment. Register soon to secure your spot.
This program is structured to build strong supervisory and management skills. It is geared toward individuals who are moving into a supervisory position for the first time and for more experienced managers who want to sharpen their skills to help in their present positions. As an attendee, you will:
• Identify qualities of effective leaders.
• Assess your own leadership style and understand how to work with others who have different styles, personality types, and backgrounds.
• Build and lead effective teams to increase productivity.
• Enhance your management skills to be a more effective leader
in your organization.
The $650 registration fee includes instructional costs, course materials, continental breakfast, and lunch each day and parking in the Anderson Center Ramp.
