New International Students Check In & Reception (REQUIRED)

Welcome to San Diego! We are thrilled to invite you to the New International Students Check In & Reception on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 8.45AM. This exciting event is designed exclusively for all of our new international students.

Check-in begins at 8:45 AM at the SDSU International Student Center ( Link to ISC ). All students must be checked in by 9:30 AM. There will be breakfast provided and a Resource Fair to provide access to critical resources for newly admitted international/exchange students such as banking services, phone carriers, and transportation.

.Following that will be a required document check and essential info session at Student Services West for all new international students. ISC staff and student assistants will accompany students to Student Services West. We will depart the ISC promptly at 9.35AM to head to Student Services West 1500. This is a 10 minute walk outside, across campus. Please dress accordingly especially if rain is forecast.

The ISC will be heading to the Old Town after the event has concluded for students who might be interested in going. More information on this is coming soon.

Please confirm your presence at this event and save the email confirmation attachment from TicketBud. Upon Check-In on January 16th, please have the attachment from your registration email with the QR code ready to be scanned.
