OKC/Edmond ELS - Mark Helm, (CEO, Dolese Bros. Concrete) - September 10th

Mark Helm serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Dolese Bros. Co., bringing more than 40 years of experience in the construction materials industry. His background spans crushed stone, sand, gravel, ready-mixed concrete, concrete products, and asphalt, with experience across both public and private organizations throughout the United States and Canada.

Mark began his career in the industry shortly after college and has since held a wide range of leadership roles in engineering, technical services, operations management, business development, and sales. He joined Dolese in 2001 as Assistant General Manager of Operations, and through progressive leadership roles, advanced to his current position as CEO and Chairman.

He is deeply committed to developing others and believes one of the greatest opportunities in this industry, especially for those early in their careers, is the ability to positively impact people, teams, and communities. That philosophy has shaped both his leadership style and Dolese’s approach to serving the communities where they operate.

In 2024, Mark was honored with the Barry K. Wendt Memorial Commitment Award from the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA), recognizing his outstanding leadership, dedication to the aggregates industry, and commitment to strengthening the communities it serves.

Mark serves as a Commissioner on the Oklahoma Mining Commission and is involved with several organizations, including the Oklahoma Aggregates Association, United Way of Central Oklahoma, and the Oklahoma City Chamber.

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA. Mark and his wife, Roxanne, have been married for 44 years and have two adult children and one granddaughter.
