Join Fields of Éire for a special Irish Heritage Tour from Liverpool to Frongoch in North Wales — the site of the historic Frongoch Internment Camp, known as “the University of Revolution.”

After the 1916 Easter Rising, over 1,800 Irish prisoners — including Michael Collins — were held at Frongoch, where ideas and strategies for Ireland’s independence took shape.

Led by local historian Alwyn Jones, this full-day coach trip explores the story of the camp, the solidarity between Ireland and Wales, and the enduring legacy of Irish nationalism abroad.
