Ticket cost:
*The price for tickets paid with a credit card will be slightly higher due to the Ticketbud processing fee.
May I pay using my student's planning amount? No, tickets for this event must be purchased out of pocket.
What are the check-in procedures? Check-in begins at 6:00 pm in the Gray Room at South Valley. The campus is small, so it should be easy to find. Deanna will be there in Heartland gear, ready to welcome everyone and check your middle schoolers in!
Who may attend? Students must be in 6th-8th grade to attend. Due to space limitations, we kindly ask that each family provide no more than one chaperone. Families are encouraged to share chaperone responsibilities. If your student will be attending with another family's chaperone, please email Deanna to let us know who will be responsible for supervising your student(s).
Is there on-site parking available? Parking is free in the church parking lot.
Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Food is allowed, but not necessary. Drinks and snacks will be available for the students.
