Art Showcase & Entrepreneur Fair- Heartland Charter School

Registration window February 18, 10:00 a.m. -April 9, 7:00 p.m.

Students at Heartland Charter School have a wide variety of skills and talents. This year’s Art Showcase & Entrepreneur Fair is a great opportunity to celebrate and share students’ artistic and entrepreneurial skills. Join us at the Veterans Memorial Hall to gather and celebrate our students’ artistic and professional achievements.

Does your student have art they want to showcase? Does your student have an innovative business idea? Please note that there are limited spots for artists and entrepreneurs. We have room for 25 entrepreneurial families and 50 artist presenters. One table per family will be provided for entrepreneurs. Space is limited, so reserve your tickets soon.

There are three types of tickets for this event:

Families who wish to sell items at the Entrepreneur Fair must reserve a Family Entrepreneur table ticket.

Students who wish to showcase their art must reserve an Artist Showcase ticket.

Everyone who attends this event must reserve a free admission ticket. (This includes enrepreneur sellers, artists, buyers, students, parents, siblings, babies, etc…Everyone must have a ticket!)

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please email the field trip host to let them know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

What are the check-in procedures? Families who have students who are presenting should plan to be at the Veterans Memorial Hall to check in by 9:30 am to set up and to stay until 12:15 pm to clean up

Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? All ages are welcome. Presenters/sellers must be Heartland Students.

Is there on-site parking available? Free parking on-site.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Yes.
