Gingerbread House Making Event-Heartland Charter School

Registration window November 12, 10:00 a.m. -December 5, 7:00 p.m.

This is a time for students to get together and create community while building gingerbread houses. Each family will need to bring a box of graham crackers, a tub of icing, and one item (candy, cookies, marshmallows, cereal, etc.) to decorate with.

Please make sure you bring your required items (a box of graham crackers, a tub of icing, and an item to decorate) so your students will be able to participate in this event.

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please email the field trip host to let them know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

What are the check-in procedures? Please check in with a Heartland teacher. We will be wearing Heartland attire.

Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? This event is aimed at students in K-6th grade; however, all ages are welcome. Each person who attends a field trip or event must be registered through Ticketbud.

Is there on-site parking available? Yes, free parking is available.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Families are welcome to bring a blanket and lunch.
