Join the Alliance of Women in Workers' Compensation in Iowa for our Rise & Resilience event. The event will feature keynote speaker Di Taylor, Chief Underwriting Officer at Continental Western Group, as well as a panel of industry experts. Di will share her story of what it has taken to rise and how resilience, coupled with courage, has helped her achieve success in the insurance space.

The industry panelists will share real examples of resilience in the workplace and highlight opportunities they took to rise after being faced with challenges along the way. Each panelist brings a rich and diverse career background with unique experiences which will highlight resilience in the workplace. Whether you are an attorney, work in claims, have ownership for client relationships, run a sales organization, or are growing in your career and position, resilience is an important competency to help rise during challenges and lead to success.
