What is Stand For The Kids?

Phi Delta Epsilon Medical Fraternity chose the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals because of their mission to serve children regardless of their family’s ability to pay. As current and future physicians, these children are the patients we serve today and in the days to come.

Stand for the Kids is PhiDE’s international philanthropic day where we educate the community about the importance of the Children’s Miracle Network and raise funds to help our local children at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. This year is particularly monumental, as this year marks the 10th year of Stand for the Kids!

What is the Children’s Miracle Network?

• 170 Children’s Hospitals across North America that provide life-saving care, education, and research to any child in need regardless of ability to pay
• Available 24 hours a day to help a child of any age or background overcome every injury or illness imaginable
• Provide $3.4 billion in charity care each year
• Provide more than 32 million treatments each year to kids across the US and Canada
• 1 in 10 children in North America will receive treatment at a CMN hospital each year!

When is Stand For The Kids?

Stand for the Kids International Day is October 19, 2022

Stand for the Kids Event Week is October 15-22, 2022

Come kick off Stand for the Kids week with an afternoon full of fun, networking, and golf at the Royal American Links Golf Club. The event will be a 2pm shotgun start. Only one person per team needs to purchase a ticket ($320/team, plus ticketing fees). Individual tickets can be purchased as well for $80/person plus ticketing fees. This covers the cost of 18 holes with a cart, small bucket of range balls, dinner, and prizes!! 

Your participation in this event will support the children that receive care at our local Children's Miracle Network Hospital, Nationwide Children's!

We will golf rain or shine! The picnic will be indoors. We are not able to offer refunds at this time.
