Nervous System Reset. Yoga, Breath and Meditation Retreat in Jersey.

The Nervous System Reset retreat is a practical, evidence-based weekend of yoga, breath, meditation and deep rest. The retreat will be led by Joe Houze, with special sessions facilitated by guest instructors.

This retreat will give you the opportunity to:

• Switch off from daily stressors.
• Meditate in the mornings.
• Practice yoga daily.
• Experience deep rest.
• Enjoy nourishing food that calms the mind and nervous system.
• Learn simple breath tools to soothe stress and anxiety anywhere, anytime.
• Gently build nervous system resilience.

Retreat schedule:

On Friday, we arrive, settle and ground:

• 2pm: Arrive
• 3pm: Opening circle
• 4pm: Grounding Yoga Class
• 6pm: Dinner 
• 8pm: Soundbath and Yoga Nidra 

On Saturday, we focus on soothing the nervous system:

• 8am: Meditation and Yoga
• 10am: Brunch
• 11am: Relaxation time
• 2pm: Light Lunch
• 4pm: Talk: Science of Calm - Soothing Stress and Anxiety
• 6pm: Dinner
• 8pm: Restorative Yoga

On Sunday, we focus on mindfulness:

• 8am: Meditation and Yoga
• 10am: Brunch
• 11am: Talk: Mindfulness - Meeting Challenge with Ease
• 12pm: Closing Circle and Cacao Ceremony
• 2pm: Depart.

Joy Retreat Holistic Holidays is the venue for our retreat. Nestled in an elevated woodland overlooking St Aubin's Bay, the venue combines nature, sea views and tranquility; and offers you a unique glamping experience in handcrafted yurts built from sustainably sourced materials.

• Retreat only tickets (no accommodation): £225.
