DROOM SOCCER PHOENIX ARIZONA SHOWCASE!!!

DROOM SCOUTING PROGRAM

Objective

The Droom Scouting Program identifies and evaluates international players with the potential to progress into professional club football.

Players are assessed on their technical ability, tactical understanding, physical attributes and application in competitive match situations. Our recruitment process has helped more than 50 players access opportunities with first and second division clubs across Europe.

Licensed coaches and designated scouts oversee the assessment, identifying players whose performance and development potential warrant further consideration.

Entry Requirements

Each location is limited to 40 male free-agent players, aged 17–25.

Players should arrive prepared to compete and demonstrate the qualities required within a professional club environment.
