It’s time to celebrate the sunshine! We’re wrapping up the year with our favorite tradition—a morning filled with art, discovery, and pancakes specially made for you by your Heartland teachers.

You can look forward to:

The Pancake Social: A fresh Banana Pancake Brunch for the whole family.

The Memory Maker: Stitch together your 2025-2026 story in our memory book- making area.

The Seed Start: Take home a sunflower-in-the-making to brighten your garden.

The EOY Spotlight: Capture the moment at our End-Of-Year Photo Booth!

Watercolor & Wonder: Paint your summer dreams at our art station.

PLUS: A mystery guest is coming! Stay tuned for info on our special guest. You won’t want to miss this final chapter of our school year!

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please email the field trip host to let them know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

What are the check-in procedures? Families can check in starting at 10 am for this event. A check-in table will be set up with HSTs to welcome families.

Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? All ages are welcome.

Is there on-site parking available? Free parking on-site.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Yes.
