Atascadero In & Out Store Tour- Heartland Charter School

Registration window April 13, 10:00 a.m. -April 19, 7:00 p.m.

Come tour In-N-Out and see what it's like behind the scenes. Learn about the business and what it's like to prepare the burgers and fries. Learn how a fast food business is run. Afterward, enjoy a complimentary In-N-Out meal.

*Adults and children participating in our tour must wear closed-toe shoes. Younger siblings will not be permitted to attend the tour, even if they are held in a parent/adult's arms or in strollers, at the time.

Complimentary meals are for the students and the 5 chaperones participating. Additional parents and siblings are welcome to wait in the Dining Room and may purchase a meal at the conclusion of the tour.

Heartland events are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please email the field trip host to let them know once you complete your registration. Chaperones must be the legal parent or 25 years and older. All chaperones must be healthy, ethical people with the skills to be responsible adult chaperones.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This event is FREE!

What are the check-in procedures? Check-in time is 8:45 a.m. at the store. The tour will start promptly at 9 a.m.

Does this trip have any grade or age restrictions? Students touring the kitchen must be in 1st-8th grade. The venue only allows 5 adults on the tour. The venue will not allow younger grades or high school students to tour the kitchen. They are, however, allowed to be there but wait in the dining room (not go on the tour). Extra chaperones will need to wait in the dining area. ONE chaperone per family.

Is there on-site parking available? Free parking on-site.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? No.
